Cancellation Fees of Koh Chang Informationen, Guesthouse, Bungalow und Hotel
Reservationen
- All Bank and transaction fees (including exchange rates)
for refunds are to the charge of the customer.
- Service charge for cancellations for bookings between December the 16th and
January the 15th and April the 13th to the 16th amount to 3500 Baht per room.
- Service charge for cancellations for all other data amount to 2000 Baht per
room.
- If the cancellation is received after sending the confirmed hotel voucher,
1000 Baht per Voucher service charge will additionally be charged.
- If the guest already stays in the hotel and checks out earlier, the guest
has to clarify the cancellation fee with the hotel / the bungalow resort / the
guesthouse.
- No show = NO REFUND !
Additional cancellation fees of the individual hotels, bungalow resorts and guesthouses:
Plaloma Cliff Resort - White Sand Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
Penny's Bungalow Resort - Pearl Beach
For bookings between 15th of May and 31st of October: If
the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date the
additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked room.
For all other dates: If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 75
% to the entire value of the booking.
Chai Chet Resort- Klong Phrao
Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
Aana Resort & Spa- Klong Phrao Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 21 days before
the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
Panviman Koh Chang Resort - Klong Phrao Beach
For bookings between 1st of June and 31st of October: If
the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date the
additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked room.
For all other dates: If the cancellation is received less than 21 days before
the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
Chai Chet Resort- Klong Phrao
Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before
the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
Early Check-out: 30% of the remaining amount will be refunded.
Noren Resort- Klong Phrao
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
VJ-Hotel & Health Spa - Klong Phrao Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date, the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room. If the guest does not appear without notifying us in
advance, either the full amount or the value of five nights per booked room
will addionaly be charged - depening to what is cheaper for the guest.
Amari Emerald Cove Resort - Klong Phrao Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date
the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked
room.
Chockdee Resort – Klong Phrao Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date
the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked
room.
Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort - Kai Bae Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date
the additional cancellation fee amounts to 75 % to the entire value of the booking.
Nang Nual Resort - Kai Bae
Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before
the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3
nights per booked room.
Garden Resort - Kai Bae Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 21 days before
the check-in-date the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 1
nights per booked room.
If the cancellation is received less than 7 days before the check-in-date the
additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked room.
If the cancellation is received less than 3 days before the check-in-date, no
refound.
Sea View Resort & Spa - Kai Bae Beach
1. Penalty of 50% for cancellations made within 7-20 days
before confirmed check-in date.
2. No refound in case of:
2.1 Cancellations made within 7 days before confirmed check-in
date.
2.2 Late check-in (check-in after confirmed check-in date)
2.3 Early check-out (check-out before confirmed check-out date)
Siam Beach Resort - Lonely Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 28 days before
the check-in-date
the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked
room.
Bai Lan Bay Resort - Bai Lan Beach
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the check-in-date
the additional cancellation fee amounts to the value of 3 nights per booked
room.
We recommend a private travel cancellation insurance so you will be insured
against possible cancellation fees!
